Reassembly after turbine maintenance
After maintenance, the steam turbine begins to be reassembled. The reassembly steps are as follows: 1. Clean the lower cylinder of the steam turbine thoroughly, removing all debris and dust. 2. Inspect the lower cylinder for any foreign objects in the vent holes and drain holes. In particular, ensure that the drain holes are completely unobstructed; you can use the water-filling inspection method to verify this. 3. Clean the lower diaphragm bushings outside the cylinder. After cleaning is complete, hoist them into position inside the lower cylinder. 4. Once all the lower diaphragm bushings have been hoisted into the lower cylinder, sequentially hoist in the diaphragms and the front and rear steam seals.
