  During the operation of a steam turbine, the following principles should be observed:

  1. All start-up and shutdown trial operations following major overhauls, minor repairs, and accident handling must be carried out in compliance with the “Provisional Standards for Regular Maintenance and Inspection of Evaporative Cooling Equipment,” with all required measures implemented and passing acceptance inspection.

  2. Any violation of relevant laws, regulations, or mandatory national standards pertaining to safe production and fire safety shall be deemed a breach of regulations, and the contracting unit shall bear full responsibility for such violations.

  3. In general, any work related to the boiler room renovation project can be included in the main completion report. The steam and water system cleaning procedures are based on the three 150 MW units currently in operation at our company. Turbine The group is characterized by its use, and chemical cleaning will be performed twice annually for this type of unit.

  I. Steps for Overhauling a Steam Turbine:

  II. Maintenance Requirements After Turbine Overhaul:

  1. Before starting the turbine maintenance, first complete all preparatory work.

  2. Be fully prepared mentally for high-temperature equipment;

  3. Carefully study the drawings, documents, and various record forms;

  4. Carefully examine the actual on-site conditions and familiarize yourself with the surrounding environment (geographical location). Proceed with disassembly only after confirming that the area is safe and reliable.

  5. After disassembly and cleaning, it should be handled according to... Turbine Carefully start up the equipment according to the commissioning requirements specified by the manufacturer or the user, item by item.

  6. Pay close attention to changes in the water pressure gauge readings. If any abnormalities are detected, stop the pump and troubleshoot the issue.
