Product Description

　　The Y40 series back-pressure steam turbine is a double-stage design optimized for waste heat recovery and combined heat and power (CHP) generation. While meeting the steam demands of industrial processes, it also produces cost-effective electricity, ensuring efficient energy utilization and delivering significant economic benefits. This turbine is widely used in industries such as sugar production, food and chemical processing, papermaking, textiles, and dyeing and printing. The turbine rotor features one velocity-compounding stage and two pressure stages, with a nozzle throat diameter of 1050 mm. The turbine employs an all-hydraulic governing system, multi-valve control, and forced lubrication. Its main shaft rotates at 3,000 rpm and drives a generator to produce electricity.
