Product Description

　　Q02 steam turbine is a multi-stage condensing steam turbine. Its flow path comprises a double-row velocity-compounding stage (or a single-row velocity-compounding stage) and four to seven pressure stages. As a modular turbine, the actual number of stages used depends on the turbine’s output power, rated speed, inlet steam pressure, and temperature, and is optimally designed to ensure high-efficiency operation at the rated power output.

　　The steam turbine operates at speeds ranging from 3,000 to 7,000 r/min, with an output power range of 500 to 1,500 kW. The governing system employs either a fully hydraulic governor or an electro-hydraulic regulation method (using either the WOODWARD 505 controller combined with a CPCⅱ electro-hydraulic transducer, or a domestically produced DEH electro-hydraulic control system). The turbine features multi-valve nozzle regulation and is arranged in a single-stage configuration. The Q02 steam turbine can be used either as a condensing steam turbine for driving large rotating equipment such as pumps, fans, and compressors—operating at variable speeds—or as a condensing steam turbine for generating electricity by driving a generator—operating at a constant speed. It has a very broad range of applications and is suitable for numerous different scenarios.
